Use the API from Claude

The CallShift API Manager skill teaches Claude this API. Ask in plain language, and Claude lists and duplicates agents, reviews a campaign's results, adds contacts, assigns numbers and wires webhooks for you.

  1. Get the skill

    Download it from callshift.ai, in English, French or Spanish, and add it to Claude.

  2. Create a temporary key

    Create a key for the session at app.callshift.ai/api-keys and give it to Claude when it asks.

  3. Ask

    "Compare last week's campaign with the one before." "Duplicate Alice for the Marseille club and assign it the new number." "Why did these calls end early?"

  4. Revoke the key

    When you are done, revoke the key: it went through the conversation.
